The registration fee includes one recreational vehicle and one motor vehicle.
All motor vehicles must be operated by a licensed driver only.
All recreational vehicles must be registered with the DSF office and display a valid registration tag.
The speed limit within the fairgrounds is 15 miles per hour.
Use of motorized or electric golf carts, mopeds, segways, bicycles, skateboards, go carts, dirt bikes or scooters are strictly prohibited.
Bicycles are allowed provided that during the hours of darkness, they are equipped with a working headlight and tail reflector.
SEWAGE:
The Fair does not have sewer hookups.
Dumpsites are available. A tow tank and/or holding tank must be used until disposed of at an approved dump station.
Wastewater is not allowed on the ground or into any body of water. THIS INCLUDES DISCHARGE OF GRAY WATER.
Rubber sewage collars are to be used on sewer hoses at the point of entry into the sewer intake.
PETS:
Pets must wear current and valid rabies tag(s), name tag(s), be kept on a leash and in the company of their owner.
Pets must be kept inside your camping unit unless you are outside. Pets must be left inside your camping unit when you are away from your site.
Pets may be off your site only when being walked to any grassy area ONLY.
When walking your pet(s), owners must carry a means of cleaning up pet's waste.
Pets must not disturb other guests. Excessive barking will not be tolerated, and the pet owner will be required to remove the offending pet from the premises.
Pit Bulls, Rottweilers, and other attack-prone dog breeds and exotic pets are not permitted at the Delaware State Fair. Please inquire prior to your arrival.
CHILDREN:
Parents and those persons bringing children onto the grounds are responsible for the safety and discipline of these children.
No person under 18 years of age shall occupy a camping area unless accompanied by an adult for the DURATION OF THE EVENT.
ELECTRIC:
The Delaware State Fair REQUIRES THAT EXTENSION CORDS MUST BE 12/3 OR HEAVIER OR YOU MAY NOT HOOK UP.
Generators are strictly prohibited.
Electrical extension cords plugged into the bathhouses are prohibited.
NOISE & NUISANCE:
Quiet hours are between 11:00PM and 7:00AM. Quiet means no noise or activity that can be heard by your neighbor.
Excessive noise or any act that is deemed a nuisance by Fair management or security is not permitted at any time.
Loud or abusive language and activities infringing upon the rights of others are strictly prohibited.
Fireworks of all types are prohibited.
CAMPSITE:
Each lot is private property and is only to be used by the person renting, their guests and visitors. The common use areas are used by all persons. Absolutely no subletting of a space is permitted.
No modifications are to made to any site, common space or structure including fences.
Portable pools are not permitted in any campsite.
Alcohol is permitted but may not leave the campsite.
Livestock & horse tie-outs are not permitted in any camp area.
Campfires must be contained in a fire pit/ring and be off the ground.
Fire lanes are to be maintained at all times.

Each camping patron agrees to hold The Delaware State Fair harmless against any loss, cost, damage, theft, or other expense, including reasonable Attorney’s fees incurred by it or any other person or persons by reason of the action of said camping patron while on the premises. The Delaware State Fair will not in any way hold themselves responsible for accidents, loss, and damage by water, fire, theft or otherwise whatever may be the cause of the damage or loss, whether caused by the conditions of the premises, the error or omission or negligence of any employee or agent of The Delaware State Fair or otherwise.
Camping patrons who violate these regulations agree to leave the grounds within one hour and forfeit all rental fees. All decisions will be made by the Delaware State Fair or its representative and are considered final. There are NO REFUNDS for unused camping dates.
